Levels of care

At The LENOX on the Lake, our goal is to provide all of our residents with reassuring supportive care and all the attention and services they need, while encouraging each resident to retain as much independence as possible.

  1. Dressing, Bathing, Grooming, and Personal Hygiene
  2. Medication Management – Medications, Drops, Creams, and Nebulizers
  3. Cognitive/Physical – Redirecting, Cuing Related to Activities of Daily Living
  4. Mobility – Assistance With Transfer and Escorting to Meals and Activities
  5. Dietary – Assistance With Dining

Optional Services *

  1. Incontinence – Reminders, Supervision or Physical Assistance with Toileting, Pads and Briefs (Resident provides pads and briefs)
  2. Diabetes – Blood Glucose Testing and Management
  3. Injections
  4. Extended Congregate Care is Also Available **
    (This is a specialized care plan that can only be provided by our additional Extended Congregate Care Licensure. This level allows residents to remain at our community with extensive care and support – beyond the Standard Assisted Living Licensure)
